Kidsville at the Parthenon

Join us for Kidsville at the Parthenon on select Saturdays each month. Families with children ages 12 and under can enter the Parthenon for free on select dates and times. A Kidsville team member will be taking registrations at the entrance of the Parthenon starting at 10:30 AM. Kidsville will be located upstairs in the Naos.

February 26: Explore an invention that was created in February in 1897, the same year as the Tennessee Centennial Exposition. Learn how a businessman, Alfred L. Cralle, invented the ice cream scoop. Take-home kits to create your own ice cream and Centennial Park art will be available.
